About Candace

As a property investor, renovator and flipper, I have over 30 years experience as an investor. I'm licensed in Florida, Tennessee and Oregon for primary homes, but I work in most every state in the US with investors! Having over 40 lenders available, we won't have any problem finding the perfect lender for your scenario and pricing that no one can compete with!  I look forward to working with you...and for you!
